Ingredients:
- 3 CUPS of Cherry Tomatoes
- 2 Cloves of Garlic
- 3 Zucchini (spiralized)
- 1 TSP of Olive Oil
- Add tomatoes and Garlic
- Pinch of Salt and Pepper
- 1 lb of Peeled Shrimp
- 2 tsp of Lemon Juice
- Vcook until pink
- Add Zucchini Noodles
- 2 tsp of Cilantro
