Ingredients: 

  • 3 CUPS of Cherry Tomatoes
  • 2 Cloves of Garlic
  • 3 Zucchini (spiralized)
  • 1 TSP of Olive Oil
  • Add tomatoes and Garlic
  • Pinch of Salt and Pepper
  • 1 lb of Peeled Shrimp
  • 2 tsp of Lemon Juice
  • Vcook until pink
  • Add Zucchini Noodles
  • 2 tsp of Cilantro
