Ingredients

  • 3 cups of cherry tomatoes
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 3 zucchini (spiralized)
  • 1 tsp of olive oil
  • Add tomatoes and garlic
  • Pinch of salt and pepper
  • 1 lb of peeled shrimp
  • 2 tsp of lemon juice
  • Cook until pink
  • Add zucchini noodles
  • 2 tsp of cilantro
