Ingredients

- 3 zucchini (spiralized)
- 1 tsp of olive oil
- Add tomatoes and garlic
- Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 lb of peeled shrimp
- 2 tsp of lemon juice
- Cook until pink
- Add zucchini noodles
- 2 tsp of cilantro
