Chicken Crepes

Ingredients:

  • White Sauce 1/3 cup

  • Sherry 2 tsp

  • Salt 1 pinch

  • Pepper 1 pinch

  • Chicken Broth 1/3 cup

  • Shredded Chicken 8 oz

  • Parmesan Cheese 4 tbsp

  • Spicy Matador few shakes

  • White Sauce 1 cup

 

Preparation

On the Stove, Heat up

  • ⅓ CUP of White Sauce
  • 2 TSP of Sherry
  • 1 Pinch of Salt
  • 1 Pinch of Pepper
  • Mix and Boil

Add

  • ⅓ Cup of Chicken Broth
  • 8 oz of Shredded Chicken
  • Place inside a tortilla

Top with

  • 4 TBSP of Parmesan Cheese
  • Few Shakes of Spicy Matador
  • 1 CUP of White Sauce
