Chicken Crepes

Ingredients

  • ⅓ cup white sauce
  • 2 tsp sherry
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch Pepper
  • ⅓ cup chicken broth
  • 8 oz shredded chicken
  • 4 tbsp parmesan cheese
  • Few shakes Spicy Matador
  • 1 cup white sauce

Preparation

On the Stove, Heat up

  • ⅓ cup of White Sauce
  • 2 tsp of sherry
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of pepper
  • Mix and boil

Add

  • ⅓ cup of chicken broth
  • 8 oz of shredded chicken
  • Place inside a tortilla

Top with

  • 4 tbsp of parmesan cheese
  • Few shakes of Spicy Matador
  • 1 cup of White Sauce
