Ingredients

  • 2 oz olive/canola oil
  • Firm tofu coated with corn starch
  • 12 oz of diced shallots
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 3 tbsp of ginger
  • 1.6 oz of serrano pepper

Directions

  1. Sauté for 15 minutes
  2. 3 tbsp of light soy sauce
  3. 2 tbsp of sugar
  4. Add cooked tofu
  5. 3 oz of green onion
