  • Firm Tofu coated with corn starch
  • 12 oz of Diced Shallots
  • 4 Garlic Cloves
  • 3 Tbsp of Ginger
  • 1.6 oz of Serrano Pepper

Directions

  1. Saute for 15 minutes
  2. 3 Tbsp of Light Soy Sauce
  3. 2 Tbsp of Sugar
  4. Add Cooked Tofu
  5. 3 oz of Green Onion
