- Firm tofu coated with corn starch
- 12 oz of diced shallots
- 4 garlic cloves
- 3 tbsp of ginger
- 1.6 oz of serrano pepper
Directions
- Sauté for 15 minutes
- 3 tbsp of light soy sauce
- 2 tbsp of sugar
- Add cooked tofu
- 3 oz of green onion
