Preparation
On a pan, add
- ¼ cup of olive oil
- 1 ½ cups of onion
- 1 tbsp garlic
- 2 tbsp of tomato paste
- 2 cups of chopped tomatoes
- ½ cup of water
- 2/12 lbs white fIsh
- 14.5 oz of coconut milk
- ¼ cup of piri piri
Serve on a plate and add
- 2 tbsp of Cilantro
