Preparation

On a pan, add

  • ¼ cup of olive oil
  • 1 ½ cups of onion
  • 1 tbsp garlic
  • 2 tbsp of tomato paste
  • 2 cups of chopped tomatoes
  • ½ cup of water
  • 2/12 lbs white fIsh
  • 14.5 oz of coconut milk
  • ¼ cup of piri piri

Serve on a plate and add

  • 2 tbsp of Cilantro
