Turkey Picatta
Ingredients:
- 1 lb of turkey breast
- 1/4 cup of flour
- 1/2 cup of grated parmesan cheese into the flour mixture
- 1/4 cup of salt into the flour mixture
- 1/4 tsp of pepper into the flour mixture
- 1/4 cup of lemon juice
Preparation:
- Dip turkey breast in the lemon juice and coat it in the flour mixture
- 6 tsp of butter into a pan
- Place coated turkey breasts
- 1/2 cup of beef bouillon
- 1/4 cup of lemon juice
- 1/4 cup of dry white wine
- 1 tsp of cornstarch mixed with 2 tbsp of water
