Turkey Picatta
Ingredients
- 1 lb of turkey breast
- ¼ cup of flour
- ½ cup of grated parmesan cheese into the flour mixture
- ¼ cup of salt into the flour mixture
- ¼ tsp of pepper into the flour mixture
- ¼ cup of lemon juice
Preparation
- Dip turkey breast in the lemon juice and coat it in the flour mixture
- 6 tsp of butter into a pan
- Place coated turkey breasts
- ½ cup of beef bouillon
- ¼ cup of lemon juice
- ¼ cup of dry white wine
- 1 tsp of cornstarch mixed with 2 tbsp of water
