Turkey Picatta

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb of turkey breast
  • 1/4 cup of flour
  • 1/2 cup of grated parmesan cheese into the flour mixture
  • 1/4 cup of salt into the flour mixture
  • 1/4 tsp of pepper into the flour mixture
  • 1/4 cup of lemon juice

Preparation:

  • Dip turkey breast in the lemon juice and coat it in the flour mixture
  • 6 tsp of butter into a pan
  • Place coated turkey breasts
  • 1/2 cup of beef bouillon
  • 1/4 cup of lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup of dry white wine
  • 1 tsp of cornstarch mixed with 2 tbsp of water
