Dundee Beef Stew

Preparation

In a bowl, add

  • ½ CUP of Flour
  • 1 TSP of Spicy Matador Seasoning
  • 1 TSP of Paprika
  • 2 LB Bite-Size Cubes of Beef

Mix the above together.

On a pan, cook

  • 2 tbsp of butter
  • 2 lb seasoned bite-size cubes of Beef
  • 2 cloves, crushed garlic
  • 1 cup, chopped onions
  • 1 cup, cut into squares button mushrooms

Place it all inside a crockpot along with

  • 1 ½ cup of reduced-sodium beef stock
  • 2 tbsp of Matador marmalade
  • 2+ tbsp of Oil
  • 1 ¼ cup of Red Wine

Season to taste with salt and pepper

Cook for 3 hours
