Dundee Beef Stew
Preparation
In a bowl, add
- ½ CUP of Flour
- 1 TSP of Spicy Matador Seasoning
- 1 TSP of Paprika
- 2 LB Bite-Size Cubes of Beef
Mix the above together.
On a pan, cook
- 2 tbsp of butter
- 2 lb seasoned bite-size cubes of Beef
- 2 cloves, crushed garlic
- 1 cup, chopped onions
- 1 cup, cut into squares button mushrooms
Place it all inside a crockpot along with
- 1 ½ cup of reduced-sodium beef stock
- 2 tbsp of Matador marmalade
- 2+ tbsp of Oil
- 1 ¼ cup of Red Wine
Season to taste with salt and pepper
Cook for 3 hours
