Boil

Pour in

  • ¼ cup of couscous

In a bowl, add

  • ¼ cup of grilled chicken breast
  • ¼ tbsp of pistachios
  • ¼ of a navel orange
  • ½ tbsp of mint leaves
  • ½ tsp of extra virgin olive Oil
  • ½ tsp of red wine vinegar
  • A pinch of coarse salt
  • A pinch of ground pepper
  • Mix
  • Add your couscous mixture
  • ¼ avocado
