Preparation

Cook the following in a pan

  • 3 sliced yellow onions
  • 2 green peppers
  • 2 potatoes

Add

  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 6 oz tomato paste
  • 2 to 3 tabasco drops
  • 1 qt chicken stock
  • Dash of salt
  • 1 lb of white fish fIllet
  • ½ lb of shrimp
  • ½ lb of crabmeat
