Cook the following in a pan
- 3 sliced yellow onions
- 2 green peppers
- 2 potatoes
Add
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 bay leaf
- 6 oz tomato paste
- 2 to 3 tabasco drops
- 1 qt chicken stock
- Dash of salt
- 1 lb of white fish fIllet
- ½ lb of shrimp
- ½ lb of crabmeat
