Steamed Fillet of Fish

Ingredients:

  • ¼ Oz Black Fungi
  • 1 ½ Pounds Fish
  • 2 Tablespoons Low Sodium Soy Sauce
  • 1 Tablespoon Cornstarch
  • 1 Tablespoon Ginger
  • 1 Tablespoon Oyster Sauce
  • 1 Teaspoon Peanut Oil
  • 1 Oz Bamboo Shoots
  • 1 Oz Green Onion
  • 1 Oz Black Fungi
  • Pinch Sugar
  • Pinch White Pepper
  • Pinch Salt

Preparation

  1. Rehydrate ¼ Oz black Fungi in water for 20 minutes and shred
  2. In a medium bowl, combine soy sauce, cornstarch, ginger, oyster sauce, and peanut oil
  3. Coat the fish in the mixture and place in a bowl
  4. Add bamboo shoot and green onion and steam
  5. While steaming, add a pinch of sugar, white pepper, black fungi, and salt
