Steamed Fillet of Fish
Ingredients
- ¼ oz black Ffungi
- 1 ½ lbs fish
- 2 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tbsp ginger
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp peanut oil
- 1 oz bamboo shoots
- 1 oz green onion
- 1 oz black fungi
- Pinch sugar
- Pinch white pepper
- Pinch salt
Preparation
- Rehydrate ¼ oz black Fungi in water for 20 minutes and shred.
- In a medium bowl, combine soy sauce, cornstarch, ginger, oyster sauce, and peanut oil.
- Coat the fish in the mixture and place in a bowl.
- Add bamboo shoot and green onion and steam.
- While steaming, add a pinch of sugar, white pepper, black fungi, and salt.
