Steamed Fillet of Fish
Ingredients:
- ¼ Oz Black Fungi
- 1 ½ Pounds Fish
- 2 Tablespoons Low Sodium Soy Sauce
- 1 Tablespoon Cornstarch
- 1 Tablespoon Ginger
- 1 Tablespoon Oyster Sauce
- 1 Teaspoon Peanut Oil
- 1 Oz Bamboo Shoots
- 1 Oz Green Onion
- 1 Oz Black Fungi
- Pinch Sugar
- Pinch White Pepper
- Pinch Salt
Preparation
- Rehydrate ¼ Oz black Fungi in water for 20 minutes and shred
- In a medium bowl, combine soy sauce, cornstarch, ginger, oyster sauce, and peanut oil
- Coat the fish in the mixture and place in a bowl
- Add bamboo shoot and green onion and steam
- While steaming, add a pinch of sugar, white pepper, black fungi, and salt
