Accessing Voicemail

On-Campus Voicemail Access

• Check for a message waiting indicator on your handset (red light) and a voicemail icon (envelope) next to the line.
• Press the MESSAGES button (your phone will automatically dial 6500).
• Enter your voicemail PIN when prompted.
• Follow the prompts to listen to your messages.

Remote Voicemail Access

• Dial the access number: (818) 677-6500.
• When greeted by the Cisco Unity Voicemail System, press * (star).
• Enter your four-digit extension, followed by the # (pound) sign.
• Enter your voicemail PIN when prompted.
• Follow the prompts to access your messages.
