Matador Eats offers multiple meal plan options to meet residents' needs. Students living in non-kitchen units are required to purchase a meal plan. Non-kitchen units include the suites and apartments without kitchens.
Students living in an apartment with a kitchen can choose to purchase a meal plan, but it's not a requirement.
Students may use their MataCard for easy access to all Matador Eats dining locations including G'mos and Bamboo Terrace located in Student Housing for all you care to eat food any day of the week.

Available meal plans:
- 10 Meals per Week Plan
- 12 Meals per Week Plan
- All-Access Meal Plan
Students living in apartments with kitchens - meal plan not required
Available meal plans:
- Matador 200 Meal Plan
- All other available plans
Where to Eat on Campus
It’s often said, “variety is the spice of life.” It definitely holds true for campus dining at CSUN.
You can enjoy on-campus restaurants like Shake Smart, Burger King, Subway, Panda Express, Juice It Up and El Pollo Loco, as well as CSUN-specific options such as Matador Mercado (at University Student Union, Campus Store Complex & Housing), Freudian Sip (at Sierra Center and Arbor Court), Bamboo Terrace, Arbor Grill and the famous G’mo’s.

Matador Eats keeps students in the know with up-to-date information about campus dining locations, hours of operation and menu and nutritional information. Students looking to pick up a quick bite on the way to class can even place a mobile pick-up order.
