Student Housing at CSUN is not just another place to live — it’s your gateway to the complete CSUN experience. Our goal is to provide all residents with tools and resources needed to foster a respectful and responsible living and learning environment.
With approximately 3,500 available bed spaces in our Park Apartments and Suites, we are located in a safe, park like community a walking distance from campus and only offer shared-occupancy living options designed to promote individual development, community and social engagement, academic success and conscientious citizenship among residents through our facilities, services and programs.

Student Housing has started a waitlist for the 2026-2027 academic year. If you intend to live on campus, please log into the Student Housing Portal and add yourself to the waitlist. There is no fee to join the waitlist.
