Fun Fries/Tiritas Fritas

Ingredients
- 6 small red potatoes
- 1/2 cup broccoli florets, steamed, and chopped
- 1/4 cup chedder cheese, shredded
- 1/4 cup light sour cream
- 1 Tbs chives, chopped
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- Pierce potatoes and wrap in foil. Bake in oven for 30 minutes or until tender. Remove from oven and let cool.
- Using a small spoon, scoop out center of potatoes.
- Add broccoli. Sprinkle with cheese.
- Bake in oven for an additional 5 minutes or until cheese has melted. Top with sour cream and chives.

- 1 pastinaca, pelada y cortada en tiras
- 1 camote cortada en tiras
- 1 zanahoria, pelada y cortada en tiras
- 2 cucharadas de aceite de oliva
- sal al gusto
Preparación
- Precaliente el horno a 400°F.
- Mezcle las verduras con el aceite de oliva y la sal.
- Coloque las tiras en la bandeja y hornee durante 30 minutos, volteandolas a la mitad de ese tiempo.
