  • ½ TBSP of Mint Leaves
  • ½ TSP of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • ½ TSP of Red Wine Vinegar
  • A Pinch of Coarse Salt
  • A Pinch of Ground Pepper
  • Mix
  • Add your Couscous Mixture
  • ¼ Avocado
