LifeMatters@CSUN is an Employee Assistance Program offering 24/7 confidential support for employees and their families, including counseling, guidance, and referrals to local resources.
Calm offers a variety of resources for mental fitness, including guided meditations, music playlists, sleep stories, mindful movement, and expert-led masterclasses.
The fee waiver/reduction program allows eligible CSUN employees to attend classes at CSUN or other CSU campuses at reduced rates, helping them pursue degrees, enhance job skills, or prepare for future careers.
