Preparation
In a bowl, add
- 2 tbsp of olive oil
- 2 tbsp of lemon juice
- 2 tbsp of honey
- 1 pint of salt and pepper
- Mix
In a separate bowl, add
- 2 cups of Kale
- 1 tbsp Dried Cranberries
- 1 tbsp Silvered Almonds
- ¼ Granny Smith Apple
- Pour your previous mixture and mix
On a plate, place
- 4 lettuce leaves
- Add your kale mixture and enjoy
