In a Bowl, add

  • 2 TBSP of Olive Oil
  • 2 TBSP of Lemon Juice
  • 2 TBSP of Honey
  • 1 Pint of Salt and Pepper
  • Mix

Separate Bowl, add

  • 2 CUPS of Kale
  • 1 TBSP Dried Cranberries
  • 1 TBSP Silvered Almonds
  • ¼ Granny Smith Apple
  • Pour your previous mixture and mix

On a plate, place

  • 4 lettuce Leaves
  • Add your Kale mixture and enjoy
