Kale Salad

Preparation

In a bowl, add

  • 2 tbsp of olive oil
  • 2 tbsp of lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp of honey
  • 1 pint of salt and pepper
  • Mix

In a separate bowl, add

  • 2 cups of Kale
  • 1 tbsp Dried Cranberries
  • 1 tbsp Silvered Almonds
  • ¼ Granny Smith Apple
  • Pour your previous mixture and mix

On a plate, place

  • 4 lettuce leaves
  • Add your kale mixture and enjoy
