Apple Mango Salad with Walnuts

Ingredients

  • 1 apple (diced)
  • 1 mango (diced)
  • ¾ cup walnut (chopped)
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp ginger
  • ½ tsp balsamic vinegar
  • ⅛ tsp salt

Preparation

  1. In a bowl, combine diced mango, apple, and chopped walnuts.
  2. Add cinnamon, ginger, balsamic vinegar, and salt and mix together.
  3. Serve and enjoy.
