Kale, Orange and Almond Salad with Marmalade Dressing

In a Jar, add

  • 1/4 Cup of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1/4 Cup Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 TSP of Minced Fresh Ginger
  • 1 Clove Garlic
  • 2 TBSP of Matador Marmalade
  • A Pinch of Salt and Pepper each
  • Close the Jar and shake to mix ingredients

After shaking add

  • 1 Finely Chopped Green Onion
  • Shake again

In a bowl, add in

  • 1 Bunch, De-Stem and Rinse Kale
  • Add the Dressing mixture
  • 1 Peel and Cube Fresh Orange
  • ½ Cup, Chopped Roasted Almonds
