Kale, Orange and Almond Salad with Marmalade Dressing
In a Jar, add
- 1/4 Cup of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1/4 Cup Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1 TSP of Minced Fresh Ginger
- 1 Clove Garlic
- 2 TBSP of Matador Marmalade
- A Pinch of Salt and Pepper each
- Close the Jar and shake to mix ingredients
After shaking add
- 1 Finely Chopped Green Onion
- Shake again
In a bowl, add in
- 1 Bunch, De-Stem and Rinse Kale
- Add the Dressing mixture
- 1 Peel and Cube Fresh Orange
- ½ Cup, Chopped Roasted Almonds
