Holiday Campus Closure

Officer Tools

There are a few requirements to hold the office of president, vice president or treasurer (or similar offices) in a CSUN student club or organization based on the campus and system wide policies. Your organization may have additional requirements.

Once a club has been established, you must renew your recognition at the start of each academic year. To do this, one member must attend the entire SHINE Leadership Conference and complete the student organization registration process.

Please note that all university recognized student clubs/organizations are required to submit a current Membership Roster and complete Organization Registration process at the start of every academic year to maintain University Recognition.
