Be Aware: Fraudulent Job and Internship Emails
Fraudulent emails about student jobs and internships are circulating, some appearing to be from CSUN faculty or staff. These scams aim to steal personal information like SSNs and bank account details. CSUN does not advertise jobs or internships in this way. Be cautious of emails from general addresses like @gmail.com or @yahoo.com. Look up the company’s website before responding.
