I love life! My dog, the ocean, music and dance are some of my favorites. I’m passionate about sharing opportunities to improve ourselves. In my classes, there is an emphasis on posture and breath with variations to fit all levels of fitness, including members new to group exercise.

At heart, I am an artist. I manifest this identity as a yoga teacher (ERYT 500, YACEP), TRX® instructor, personal trainer, graphic designer and Certified Positive Psychology Life Coach.
