Disenrollment

Registration related fees are due at the time of registration. Students are responsible to pay their account with the University in a timely manner.

Login to myCSUN portal on the CSUN website.

Select the My Finances tab and select Student Account Information from the drop down menu.

Registration related fees are due at the time of registration. Students who do not pay their registration related fees by the established due dates on time may be disenrolled from classes. Refer to Tuitions & Fees for due date information.

DISENROLLMENT

Disenrollment means that:

  • Your registration in some or all classes, including wait listed classes will be canceled.
  • There is no guarantee that you will be able to re-enroll in the same classes.

You may not be disenrolled if:

  • Payment is made in full by the due date.
  • Your student account shows anticipated financial aid sufficient to cover your tuition and other fees.
  • A third party sponsors your account and supporting documents (authorization/voucher) has been submitted to Sponsorship@csun.edu a minimum of 5 days prior to the published due date.  Sponsorship needs to have sufficient funds to cover tuition and other fees.
  • You are approved for a fee waiver and have sufficient funds to cover tuition and other fees.

If you have been Disenrolled:

  • You have the option to re-enroll in available classes.
  • If your aid award does not fully cover the tuition and fees, payment must be made at the time of registration for newly added courses.
  • If you have been disenrolled, on or after the first day of instruction, you may owe full or pro-rated fees as explained in the CSUN's refund policy.
