The Associated Students Accounting Office at CSUN plays a vital role in ensuring the financial integrity and stability of the organization. Through our expertise in accounting and financial management, we support the effective utilization of funds, maintain transparency, and contribute to the overall success of Associated Students in serving the CSUN community. 

 At AS Accounting we take care of:

• Financial Management: The Accounting Office handles the financial management of the Associated Students.
• Financial Reporting: The Accounting Office prepares and maintains accurate financial records for Associated Students. 
• Accounts Payable and Receivable: The Accounting Office handles accounts payable, which involves processing invoices, reimbursements, and payments to vendors, suppliers, and service providers. 
• Budget Oversight: The Accounting Office plays a crucial role in overseeing the budget of Associated Students. 
• Auditing and Compliance: The Accounting Office ensures that the financial operations of Associated Students comply with relevant laws, regulations, and accounting standards. 
• Financial Support and Guidance: The Accounting Office provides financial support and guidance to AS departments, program managers, and student organizations.

Agency Accounts:

The AS agency account provides access to nearly all campus services, including parking, security, QuickCopies, Plaza del Sol and University Student Union (USU) room rentals. A representative from AS Accounting and Financial Services is always in attendance at the Finance Committee meetings on Mondays and is there to answer any questions.
