Tuna Tempters
Ingredients
- 1 tuna can
- 4 oz cheese of your choice, grated
- ½ cup bread crumbs
- ½ small chopped onion
- ½ tsp paprika or Spicy Matador low sodium seasoning
- 1 large egg
- ½ tsp Pepper
- ½ tsp Salt
Preparation
- In a medium bowl, add all the ingredients and mix well to combine.
- Roll into small balls, about 3⁄4 inch in diameter and place on a non-stick cooking sheet.
- Bake at 400°F for 10 minutes.
