Tuna Tempters

Ingredients

  • 1 tuna can
  • 4 oz cheese of your choice, grated
  • ½ cup bread crumbs
  • ½ small chopped onion
  • ½ tsp paprika or Spicy Matador low sodium seasoning
  • 1 large egg
  • ½ tsp Pepper
  • ½ tsp Salt

Preparation

  1. In a medium bowl, add all the ingredients and mix well to combine.
  2. Roll into small balls, about 3⁄4 inch in diameter and place on a non-stick cooking sheet.
  3. Bake at 400°F for 10 minutes.
