Ingredients
- ¾ cup of orange juice
- ½ cup of sweet chili sauce
- 1 tbsp of Matador marmalade
- ½ lime of fresh lime juice
- ½ tbsp of low-sodium soy sauce
- 8 rice paper wrappers rinsed in water
- 8 cooked boneless chicken tenders
- 1 whole peeled and sliced mango
- ½ sliced cucumber
- 8 torn lettuce leaves
- 3 tbsp of chopped fresh cilantro
Preparation
In a pan, add:
- Orange juice
- Sweet Chili Sauce
- Matador marmalade
- Lime Juice
- Soy Sauce
- Bring to a boil
On a plate, add:
- Rice paper wrappers
- Boneless chicken tenders
- Sliced mango
- Sliced cucumber
- Torn lettuce
- Fresh cilantro
- Wrap
