Crunchy Chicken Spring Rolls

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup of orange juice
  • 1/2 cup of sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tbsp of Matador marmalade
  • 1/2 lime of fresh lime juice
  • 1/2 tbsp of low-sodium soy sauce
  • 8 rice paper wrappers rinsed in water
  • 8 cooked boneless chicken tenders
  • 1 whole peeled and sliced mango
  • 1/2 sliced cucumber
  • 8 torn lettuce leaves
  • 3 tbsp of chopped fresh cilantro

 

 

Preperation

In a pan, add

  • Orange juice
  • Sweet Chili Sauce
  • Matador marmalade
  • Lime Juice
  • Soy Sauce 
  • Bring to a boil

On a plate, add

  • Rice paper wrappers
  • Boneless chicken tenders
  • Sliced mango
  • Sliced cucumber
  • Torn lettuce
  • Fresh cilantro
  • Wrap
