- 8 cooked boneless chicken tenders
- 1 whole peeled and sliced mango
- 1/2 sliced cucumber
- 8 torn lettuce leaves
- 3 tbsp of chopped fresh cilantro
Preperation
In a pan, add

- Bring to a boil
On a plate, add
- Rice paper wrappers
- Boneless chicken tenders
- Sliced mango
- Sliced cucumber
- Torn lettuce
- Fresh cilantro
