Directions
Boil
- 1 sliced pasnip
- ½ sliced onions
- 1 large sliced carrot
- 1 leaf cabbage
- 6 spring parsley
- 1 bay leaf
- 4 peppercorns
- ½ tsp of salt
- 1 pinch of pepper
- 2 cups of water
- ¾ lb of chicken breast wrapped in cheesecloth
- Strain
Heat the broth and add
- 1 crushed eggshell
- Strain
