Directions

Boil

  • 1 sliced pasnip
  • ½ sliced onions
  • 1 large sliced carrot
  • 1 leaf cabbage
  • 6 spring parsley
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 4 peppercorns
  • ½ tsp of salt
  • 1 pinch of pepper
  • 2 cups of water
  • ¾ lb of chicken breast wrapped in cheesecloth
  • Strain

Heat the broth and add

  • 1 crushed eggshell
  • Strain
