- 1 Leaf Cabbage
- 6 Spring Parsley
- 1 Bay Leaf
- 4 Peppercorns
- ½ TSP of Salt
- 1 Pinch of Pepper
- 2 CUPS of Water
- ¾ LB of Chicken Breast wrapped in Cheesecloth
- Strain
Heat the Broth and add
- 1 Crushed Eggshell
- Strain
