Viewing Accrued Balances
California State University, Northridge (CSUN) allows you to easily view your payroll information, including your sick leave and vacation hours, on the CSUN payroll website. The information is regularly updated, so you can stay informed and confidently manage your time off.
Access View Absence Balances through CSUN Employee Portal > HR > Time & Attendance.
The main page shows your current Sick, Vacation, and Personal Holiday available balances.
Click on the Details icon on the far right to display the Absence Balance Details page. This page shows past information of balances, takes, and adjustments. Click on the top tabs to change Absence Name information.
