Use the self-service feature from the portal to update personal information. (add steps & screenshots, minimal on narrative)

• Pay dates and schedules This section should include general dates (e.g. paid on 15th of each month for work performed in the previous pay cycle.  If the 15th falls on a Saturday then … on a Sunday …)  Then there should be a link to the existing University Payroll Calendar so actual dates do not need to be maintained separately for this group of employees. (Short minimal entry, all student employees get paid on the 15th, view the calendar on this page)

• Access pay info, W2, change tax withholding through Cal Employee Connect (look at HR news, grab intro for Cal Employee connect)

• Salary Schedule- (Joe will provide the codes, add instructions, on this page enter class > Search....)
