An appointment must be scheduled by emailing the HR Customer Service team to arrange the drop-off of your employment paperwork and to complete the Sign-In Process.

CSUEU Student Assistants Membership Organization
Go to the CSUN Portal Update Personal Information Page
(Log in to the CSUN Portal, click on the HR dropdown, click Personal Information, and click on Update Personal Information.)

- Student employees are paid on or about the 15th of each month for the work performed in the previous month. If the 15th falls on a Saturday, then pay is the previous Friday. For additional information, please visit the Calendar & Schedules page and navigate to the current University Payroll Calendar.
- Your enrollment in Cal Employee Connect (CEC) allows you to conveniently and securely view your payroll statements and W-2's online, 24/7, set-up or change your Direct Deposit, or make changes to your Withholdings.
From the main page, select Collective Bargaining ID R15 (coming soon) to view job codes and related salary details. Results will display as follows:

- Graduating students (excluding those in 1868 job code) may continue working through Summer or Winter, as a Bridge Student Assistant (job code 1874), with proper approval.
- Graduating students in the 1868 job code who are on an F-1 visa may work only through the end of the semester in which they graduate, in accordance with USCIS guidelines.
