Orange Sorbet

Ingredients

  • 2 oranges, zested and juiced
  • 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
  • 4 1⁄2 cups ice cubes
  • 1 tablespoon Matador Marmalade

Directions

  1. Place the orange juice, sugar, orange zest, ice and marmalade into blender and secure lid.
  2. Turn machine on and slowly increase speed.
  3. Continue until well blended. Stop machine.
  4. Do not overmix or melting will occur. Serve immediately or place in freezer. If frozen, remove from freezer and allow to thaw for a few minutes before serving.
