Orange Sorbet
Ingredients
- 2 oranges, zested and juiced
- 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
- 4 1⁄2 cups ice cubes
- 1 tablespoon Matador Marmalade
Directions
- Place the orange juice, sugar, orange zest, ice and marmalade into blender and secure lid.
- Turn machine on and slowly increase speed.
- Continue until well blended. Stop machine.
- Do not overmix or melting will occur. Serve immediately or place in freezer. If frozen, remove from freezer and allow to thaw for a few minutes before serving.
