Study Abroad/NSE Advisement
The International and Exchange Student Center (IESC) provides advisement services to Fulbright students and participants of the study abroad programs and National Student Exchange (NSE).
Students interested in pursuing a study abroad or exchange program are encouraged to first attend an Information Session to learn more about the different options available at CSUN.
After attending an Information Session, students can set up an appointment with a CSUN Study Abroad Advisor. Study Abroad advisors are available for virtual appointments Monday-Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. Study Abroad Advisors are available for in-person advisement Mondays 2:30 pm – 4:00 pm, Wednesdays 10:00 am - 12:00 pm and 2:30 pm - 4:00 pm, and Fridays 10:00 am - 12:00 pm. Students can select from two different types of appointments:
- Study Abroad & NSE Advisement – Students interested in participating in an international program through CSUN, specifically the CSU IP program, or a domestic exchange (United States, Canada, Puerto Rico, Guam, or U.S. Virgin Islands) through the National Student Exchange (NSE), will meet with a CSUN Study Abroad & NSE Advisor to go over specific questions, review program sites, and discuss next steps.
- Fulbright Advisement - Graduating seniors, graduate students, and alumni interested in applying to the Fulbright U.S. Student Program will meet with the CSUN Fulbright Advisor to go over specific questions, review the program site, and discuss next steps.
*You will receive a confirmation email once you have successfully booked an appointment*
