Denmark - VIA University College

VIA University College is one of Denmark’s largest institutions of higher education. They offer bachelor degrees in Danish and English, master degrees in collaboration with partners, double degrees and vocational training as well as continuing education. VIA educates students for public and private professions. Their candidates help develop professional practice and find solutions to the challenges facing society.

VIA University College has eight campuses in seven different cities in the Central Region of Jutland in Denmark. They have approximately 19,000 full-time students, out if which approximately 3,000 students are international students. They offer 42 degree programs, out of which 17 are fully taught in English. VIA offers programs within health, education, social studies, engineering, technology, business, animation, film and design.

Students participating in Campus-Based Exchange program to VIA University College continue to pay tuition to CSUN and may use their CSUN financial aid (where eligible).

Credit toward degree: Students will earn TRANSFER credit toward their CSUN degree. It is important that students meet with their academic department to review course equivalencies prior to exchange.

In order to be eligible to apply, applicants must:

  • Have Sophomore, Junior or Senior standing at the time of departure
  • Have a cumulative overall grade point average of 3.0 or higher
