Chilled Artichoke
Ingredients:
- 1 artichoke head
- ¼ cup lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise
- ¼ cup low-fat plain yogurt
- ¼ cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
- ½ teaspoon dill weed
- Salt
Preparation:
- Prepare artichoke
- Dip artichoke in lemon juice
- Steam for 45 minutes or microwave for 12 minutes
- In a bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, low-fat plain yogurt, sour cream, ijon
- Mustard, salt and dill weed
- Garnish sauce with dill weed
- Serve and enjoy
