Artichoke Dip

Ingredients

  • 2 cups light mayo
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • Black pepper
  • ⅛ teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 2 cans artichoke hearts

Preparation

  1. Combine mayo, worcestershire sauce, and ⅓ cup grated parmesan into a medium bowl
  2. Mix in garlic cloves and black pepper
  3. Mix in cayenne pepper, then fold in artichoke hearts
  4. Pour mixture into a baking dish and add ½ layer of grated parmesan cheese
  5. Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 30 minutes
