Tartar Sauce
Ingredients
- 4 tablespoon mayonnaise
- ¾ cup yogurt
- 2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 2 teaspoon horseradish
- ¼ teaspoon garlic salt
- ¼ teaspoon pepper
- ¾ cup chopped dill pickle or sweet pickle relish
- 2 tablespoon minced green onion
- 1 teaspoon capers drained and chopped
- 2 tablespoon lemon juice
Preparation
- Mix all above in a bowl. Chill in airtight container until ready to serve. Will stay fresh for 4-6 weeks in fridge
Makes about 1 cup of sauce at 25 cal per tablespoon.
