Lowfat Mayonnaise
Ingredients:
- 2 egg yolks
- 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- ⅓ cup olive oil
- ⅛ teaspoon white pepper
- 1 ½ teaspoon salt
- ⅔ cup vegetable oil
Directions:
- Blend together egg yolks, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, olive oil, white pepper, and teaspoon salt
- Slowly incorporate vegetable oil into mixture
- Serve and enjoy
