Lowfat Mayonnaise

Ingredients:

  • 2 Egg yolks
  • 2 Teaspoons Dijon Mustard
  • 1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • ⅓ Cup Olive Oil
  • ⅛ Teaspoon White Pepper
  • 1 ½ Teaspoon Salt
  • ⅔ Cup Vegetable Oil
     

Directions:

  1. Blend together Egg yolks, Dijon Mustard, Lemon Juice, Olive Oil, White Pepper, and Teaspoon Salt
  2. Slowly incorporate Vegetable Oil into mixture
  3. Serve and Enjoy
