Lowfat Mayonnaise
Ingredients:
- 2 Egg yolks
- 2 Teaspoons Dijon Mustard
- 1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
- ⅓ Cup Olive Oil
- ⅛ Teaspoon White Pepper
- 1 ½ Teaspoon Salt
- ⅔ Cup Vegetable Oil
Directions:
- Blend together Egg yolks, Dijon Mustard, Lemon Juice, Olive Oil, White Pepper, and Teaspoon Salt
- Slowly incorporate Vegetable Oil into mixture
- Serve and Enjoy
