Low Calorie Crepes

Ingredients

  • ½ cup flour⁣
  • 2 eggs⁣
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder⁣
  • ½ cup milk ⁣
  • ¾ cup water⁣
  • Dash salt ⁣½ teaspoon (for cooking the crepe)⁣

Preparation

  1. Mix all ingredients in blender or processor until well blended. Strain and let sit to allow bubbles to subside ⁣
  2. Using a non-stick pan, heated on moderately high flame, pour about 2 tablespoons of batter into skillet, rotating to form a circle about 7 inches in diameter. ⁣
  3. Brown until edges begin to curl and brown and top is slightly set. Turn and brown other side if desired or remove to a damp towel or paper towel. Cool. These may be stored separated by wax paper in refrigerator or freezer if not used immediately.

Makes 12 crepes.⁣ One crepe is 35 calories.
