The Scanning Electron Microscope Lab includes the following instrumentation:

FEI Quanta 600 variable-pressure and environmental Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM) equipped with:

  • backscattered electron detector (BSD)
  • cathodoluminescence detector
  • energy dispersive spectrometer (EDS)
