eProcess+ Initiative

The Student Affairs eProcess+ Initiative Working Group was formed to accomplish the following:

  1. Support the strategic adoption of eProcess+ technologies across the division of Student Affairs to improve operations.
  2. Develop, document and share information and best practices.
  3. Establish a self-sustaining network of mutual support.
  4. Increase sustainability efforts.

  • Working group will be chaired by the director of Student Affairs IT.
  • Each department’s director will identify one representative to the working group.
  • Each department representative will serve for a minimum of a one-year term, July 1 – June 30.
  • Chair will solicit representative recommendations near the end of each one-year term.
  • Working group may create ad-hoc subgroups as needed. Subgroups will generally be temporary and responsible for specific sets of deliverables.
  • Student Affairs technology staff and campus experts will be consulted on an as-needed basis.

  • Must be familiar with their department’s operations. Ideally, this individual is responsible for the department’s business processes.
  • Must be able to speak with clarity on behalf of their department, e.g. department needs, status of current processes, desired future state, etc.
  • Should have an interest in and enthusiasm for technology; ideally a volunteer.

  • Attend working group meetings
  • Actively participate in working group discussions
  • Contribute to the email list serve
  • Identify potential pilot projects for the working group
  • When engaged in pilot projects, help establish objectives and timelines
  • Share working group findings with department staff
