LOG INTO SAAS TO REQUEST SERVICES
SAAS - Student Access & Accommodation System- is used to request ongoing academic accommodations in your classes (interpreting, transcription, notetaking, etc.), as well as support services.

No Show Procedure/Not going to class?
If you plan to miss class, you MUST inform NCOD AT LEAST 2 HOURS in advance for all classes.
The service provider will wait 10 minutes for you to arrive. After 10 minutes, it is considered a ‘No Show.’
IF YOU DO NOT SHOW UP TO CLASS WITHOUT NOTIFYING THE NCOD THE FOLLOWING PROCEDURE APPLIES:
1st No Show: To request the return of your service provider, you must contact the NCOD 24 hours in advance.
2nd No Show: Arrange a return of service meeting with a counselor and service representative to discuss reinstatement of your services. Services may resume after this meeting has occurred.
