All reservations must be made a minimum of 2-3 weeks in advance. If your reservation is made with less than two weeks’ notice, it may not be guaranteed. In such cases, we will provide recommendations for external rental locations that can assist you.
- The registration process must be completed before you can rent in order to get you in the system at the beginning of each semester.

All advanced production projects (300- and 400-level courses) must have proper safety and insurance clearance from your professor and/or Elizabeth Soto-Lara (Safety Coordinator) prior to renting equipment. Please speak with your professor for specific information.
