Part-Time

At least one-year clinical experience as a Registered Dietitian. Current certification by the Commission of Dietetic Registration. Competency in food service management, child health, and the ability to work with children and adults. Experience with ChildPlus system (desired). Bilingual (Spanish) preferred. The New Heart of Campus
- The New Heart of Campus was created by CSUN students for CSUN students. The Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, through its many association groups, offers a variety of scholarships and educational stipends to individuals pursuing undergraduate and advanced degrees in dietetics or food and nutrition related areas. - Center for Discovery
- The Diet Technician consults with the Registered Dietitian to ensure implementation of the best standard of nutrition and dietary services. Responsibilities include dietary support, grocery budget allocation, client menu planning, maintaining a clean and well stocked kitchen, cooking and baking as needed, and appropriately discerning between appropriate and inappropriate client eating behaviors.
