Participants receive one-on-one nutrition education, breastfeeding support, healthcare and community referrals, and a WIC food benefit card to purchase healthy foods at local grocery stores. To enroll, proof of income, current address, identification card, and proof of pregnancy (if applicable) are needed at the initial visit.
