Pavers
Leave a lasting mark on CSUN history with your inscription engraved on a personalized 24” x 24” paver featuring a personalized inscription, installed on the front portico of the University Library. Pavers may be purchased in tribute to students, alumni, families, employees, campus organizations, athletic teams or Matador fans.
Location: Pavers are installed on the front portico of the University Library. The exact placement is determined by a member of the Alumni staff and dependent upon on the current pattern and the number of new pavers being installed in the batch.
Description: Pavers are 24” x 24” square, made of concrete with black etching.
Inscription: Donors may submit their own custom personalized inscription. There are two choices:
With Matador Logo:
Inscriptions can be up to 4 lines of text, all caps, max characters per line is 18, including spaces.
Without the Matador Logo:
Inscriptions can be up to 7 lines of text, all caps, max characters per line is 18, including spaces.
All characters on a regular keyboard are allowed. Inscriptions can be submitted at time of purchase, or a staff member will follow up prior to installation.
Installation Timeline: Pavers are installed twice a year, during school breaks in January and July.
Donation Amount: $5,000 each. Installment pledges are available. The paver will not be scheduled for installment until the full gift amount is received. Pavers may be purchased by a single individual or crowd sourced together from a group. Proceeds are 100% tax deductible and support student scholarships and alumni engagement initiatives.
