Multiple Subject

Credential

If your calling is to shape and mold the minds of our future, you'll find what you need to be successful in the multiple subject credential program.

Why Get a Multiple Subject Credential?

Teachers are mentors, role models, and motivators. They inspire and open young minds to life's possibilities. They show children how to achieve. Teaching is a noble, rewarding profession that positively impacts our future.

This program at CSUN is designed for individuals who want to teach in a self-contained classroom. These are typically found in elementary schools or block subjects in some middle schools.

The multiple subject credential prepares you to work in a private or public school and lead your classrooms in a variety of subjects. When you're empowered with the tools found in this program, you'll be able to successfully connect with and teach groups of children.
