You'll gain leadership skills through the Student Association of Family and Consumer Sciences and the Kappa Omicron Nu national honor society.

Internships

The department offers on-campus internships at the Klotz Student Health Center and other great university locations. Learning for All at the Child and Family Studies Center

The center is an educational setting for young children from the community, and their families. The center trains CSUN students to work effectively with young children, fostering the growth and development of the whole child.
