Physical Plant Management (PPM) is dedicated to maintenance of the campus’s physical environment, and is the single point of contact for all service and maintenance requests at CSUN.

As the stewards of the buildings and grounds on our 350 acre campus, PPM's 200+ staff evaluate and prioritize customer work requests, and work to ensure the highest standards for safe, high-quality and cost-effective physical plant management. PPM also provides logistical services, such as asset management and shipping to the CSUN community.
