Ingredients
- 2 oz Olive/Canola Oil
- Firm Tofu coated with corn starch
- 12 oz of Diced Shallots
- 4 Garlic Cloves
- 3 Tbsp of Ginger
- 1.6 oz of Serrano Pepper
Directions
- Saute for 15 minutes
- 3 Tbsp of Light Soy Sauce
- 2 Tbsp of Sugar
- Add Cooked Tofu
- 3 oz of Green Onion
