Grilled Salmon Salad
Directions:
- 1 (6-ounce) Salmon Fillet
- ½ TSP of Salt
- ½ CUP of Olive Oil
- Grill Salmon 5-10 minutes on each side
In a bowl, add
- ½ POUND of Baby Salad Greens
- 1 CUP Sliced in Half Kalamata Olives
- 2, Peeled and Segmented Oranges
- 1, Thinly sliced Red Onion
- ½ TSP of Orange Peel
- 1 TBSP, Finely Chopped Shallots
- 1 TSP Light Brown Sugar
- 1 CUP Canola Oil
- ½ TBSP, Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 TBSP, Seasoned Rice Vinegar
- Mix and add
- 20 Grilled Spears of Asparagus
- Grilled Salmon
- A pinch of White Pepper
