Gladis Escalera is an Administrative Analyst in the office of Undergraduate Studies at California State University, Northridge, where she assists with budget management and provides support to the Associate Vice President. A proud CSUN alumna, Gladis began her career as a student assistant before transitioning to a staff role, reflecting a longstanding commitment to the CSUN community and its mission. In her day-to-day work, Gladis helps keep things running behind the scenes—from managing budgets to coordinating projects and working closely with leadership to support the goals of Undergraduate Studies. She enjoys the challenge of problem-solving and contributing in ways that make daily work smoother for others. Outside of work, Gladis enjoys traveling and seeking out new adventures, as well as getting lost in a good book. She believes in lifelong learning and finds inspiration through both exploring the world and discovering new perspectives.
