Candy Garcia is an Administrative Analyst in the Office of Faculty Development at California State University, Northridge (CSUN), where she supports faculty success through a systems- and data-informed lens. She holds a B.A. in Organizational and Interpersonal Communication from CSU Long Beach and began her academic journey at Cerritos College, earning an A.A. in Communication Studies. Candy is passionate about communication, systems, finance, and data analytics. She is deeply committed to equity in higher education and completed the CSU Certificate in Student Success Analytics in 2025 to further her mission of closing equity gaps for historically underserved students.
